Saturday night and sitting home doing nothing. Fun fun… I was supposed to be going out but the least said about that the better. So instead I started a mystery Amigurumi. I made up the pattern myself so prepare yourself for a bizarre FO .

Then I happened to get talking to my mom on MSN. She’s net savvy don’tcha know . As she’s about to go she says to me “Do you want banana’s and nut’s in your Christmas stocking?”. Baffled I replied no banana’s or nut’s thanks. Bear in mind I’m allergic to nuts. “Oh” She says “I forgot about the nuts, what’s wrong with banana’s. I have to fill it up with something”. So I ask what’s wrong with satsuma, that’s what we normally get. “Ok” she goes “Don’t roll over on it in your sleep!”. She is so kooky. Speaking of banana’s, I remember one time, when I was about 12, she came running out the kitchen with a banana, drop rolled like James Bond and popped up behind the sofa shooting at us with it. We all just gaped at her open mouthed. Crazy woman. My sister, then aged 4, exclaimed “Someone’s been at the Vimto!” . For you Americans Vimto is a blackcurrant cordial that used to have adverts with rude rhymes and silly bits in.

Any who I’m still on a bit of a downer despite the amusement from my mother so I won’t blog much.

I was meant to post a parcel on Monday when I went to meet my mom but she forgot we were meeting so instead we met today. Did I remember the parcel? Noooo! It’s sat at home on the dining table fhs! I had a lovely day though. Mother and I met for lunch only I wasn’t hungry and neither was she so we had a coffee and hot chocolate respectively. I wish I’d brought my camera as everything is all lovely and festive in Costa Coffee now.

So here’s the parcel all ready to go, minus the Royal Mail/Parcel Force sack. I hope it doesn’t get too squashed!

So that’s two parcels out of 4 sent. 2 more to go!

The Mary Jane slippers are giving me issues. How can something so simple be messed up so many times? I’m telling you I must have unravelled them 4 times already! Very very annoying.

Camera is being temperamental, as you may be able to tell, so didn’t take many pictures. They keep coming out with noise like the camera has bad reception. I have no idea what is wrong with it. Might send it off to Canon if I can bear to be without it. For some reason I always believed it to be a Kodak camera but it’s not. Brain fuddled…

Oh and for some reason my blog seems to be eating my posts. So don’t be alarmed if it spews them out at some point in the future .
